The key to enjoying an abundant life is gratitude. If you are not happy with or are not expressing thanks for what you already have, on a daily basis, you will not be ‘open’ to receiving more of the good stuff coming your way. This is something I’ve really been focusing on lately, trying to make it a habit, or part of my daily ritual.
Take the time to write down 5-10 things you’re grateful for each day, preferably in the morning, and it can be as simple as: I love my bed; I love my husband; I’m so grateful for my cute dog; thank you for this amazing cup of coffee… The more things you are grateful for, the more things will come into your life to be grateful for… I love how this works.
Plus, when you reflect a spirit of gratitude, you bring calm and peace into your world, and you radiate that energy, which attracts more amazing things to you. So simple, yet so powerful…
