Quick & Hearty Raw Breakfast


What’s in the jar?

It’s all organic, super easy and here’s the recipe:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetend coconut
  • 14 chopped almonds
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup coconut or almond milk
  • fresh berries: sliced strawberries and blueberries
  • 2-3 drops of doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil

Layer with oats at the bottom, add the milk, let it set for about 20 minutes and it’s ready to eat. I also make this with full fat organic Greek style yogurt instead of milk, also delicious, but obviously not raw… your choice, it’s all good! #eatplants #rawfood #easybreakfast #easyrecipe #abundance #gratitude
